What this job involves: Provide the highest level of Customer Service support for facility maintenance needs for JLL customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Customer Service Representative - Call Center to join our team: ·Location: Coyoacan- CDMX ·Work schedule: availability to roll shift ( 6 days per week). ·Work model: Hybrid. What is your day to day? Provide customer service to all callers, enter the required work order into the system and send it to the appropriate service provider. Follow the escalation process for all urgent and emergency requests. Immediately inform the Supervisor and/or Manager when there is any difficulty or technical failure in the area's systems and tools. Follow-up of the needs of the Care and Service Center Process emails related to work orders Monthly meetings with Supervisor and/or direct Manager to review standard processes.

Requerimientos Mínimos
?Fluent English. At least one year of customer service experience. High School Certificate or Equivalent. Healthy credit history
